An integration tool to connect your suppliers and customers electronically.
What is the problem?
You have an ERP that outputs orders in your defined format and wants to input invoices in its required format.
It takes time and costs a lot to provide different APIs for external customer/supplier
applications to communicate with your ERP.
You want to make cost and efficiency savings using the Internet, EDI, XML etc.

How would we do that?
We’ll work with you to design order and invoice messages, based on international standards, that will exactly
suit your business together.
Then we’ll create a version of our very successful EDI Workstation tool that will send a receive these
messages, converting them into data files that your and your suppliers can process easily.
We’ll do all of the technical work on the messaging for both sides so none of you will need to learn much
about that bit.
What does EDI Workstation do?
EDI Workstation takes the order data from your order processing system and formats it into a structured
message that can be delivered to your supplier in a form that they can process into their own computer system.
If the supplier needs help with that, we can provide a similar product to them to process the received files.
Once they have fulfilled an order, they can send you back an invoice in the same way, and we can help you get
that into your accounting system.
Who does all the technical work?
We will work with your technical people to simply integrate our method into your current systems.
We’ll do the same with your suppliers, to make it as easy as possible for you all.
It shouldn’t take very long and you’ll be recognising the savings very quickly.
How much does it cost?
Surprisingly little.
The software is keenly priced and it should only take a few days to configure suitable messages out of existing standards.
